Hello all,
Since this is local to San Diego I'm posting here. As many of you know the San Diego Oceans Foundation is one organization trying to help our reefs and dive areas in the area. I decided to be more active in this effort when it dawned on me just how much the La Jolla Preserve & Reserve areas have been depleted. For those of you who dove the area 20 years ago can attest to, there is now only a fraction of what the area used to be.

So here’s a chance to help out. Every little bit helps.

Thank you very much.

I would like to share an e/mail with you I got from Ian
He, and Curt have to be the most enthusiastic divers I know, please help if you can
I do hope this email finds you healthy, happy and
still diving. As you may know (and hopefully do) the
San Diego Oceans Foundation is one of the few bodies
that is directly doing good work to help protect and
maintain our local ocean and coastline.
You've seen first hand my passion for diving
our local environment.
Each year this organization
sponsors a dive-a-thon to raise money. This allows
them the funds that they need to continue to provide
this support. And yes you guessed it........I am here
to try to get you to give a little.
Some of the things they do that you may enjoy include
maintaining the safety gear for the Yukon and Ruby E.
They also do education, fish and reef preservation,
and other general environmental protection. So I am
doing what I can to help and I'm sure you want to help
too right ?????

Please click on the link below and follow the
donation process. Thank you very much for helping
out.
The best way is to just pledge a straight amount, if
you did something related to the minutes I'm diving, then I
might break you :)

Thank you,
