if you don't mind sending it out of state there is Superior Diving Repair, Inc. as well. They tailored my drysuit and did a really great job.

Horizon, Kettenhofen and New Wave in Orange County all make custom suits. New Wave does alterations to off-the-shelf suits. I don't know about the other two.
