Is the Encore Dive Boat back in So. Cal?

A couple years ago, one of my favorite dive boats morphed into a fishing charter. Tonight, one of my buddies mentioned that they had seen some people diving off of it.

Does anyone know if it is back to being a dive boat???

As far as I know, it's still a long-range fishing boat out of San Diego.
