DWADD 2011 Thursday, June 2nd

It's official, there will be a DWADD (Ditch Work And Dive Day) Thursday, June 2nd, before the Scuba Show in Long Beach.

We will have some special guests from ScubaBoard and other places join us. The question and purpose of this poll is to get a sense of what and where we should dive.

Once a consensus is formed, I'll close this thread and open a planing one. The Poll is multiple choice so pick one or two options.

I like the dive park. It may cost a little more when you factor in all the associated costs but there are other advantages.

Dr Bill should be there and add to the camaraderie.
Easier for those to come who can't dive for some reason.
More food choices.
A little more costly.
Same dive spot.

Boat:
Less costly overall.
Easier for transporting gear.
Less food choices.
Better dive location, choices.

Netdoc and I can't wait to be there. We've traditionally dove the park at Casino Point, but I'm open to anything that involves getting in the water with my SoCal pals.

I voted for a local boat, but most if not all boats do not go out on a Thursday. I know the Magician goes out Wednesday and Friday and others on either Saturday or Sunday. So if it is to be a Thursday then the dive park would be fine.
