We have rocketed past $35,000!!!

The large jump is due mainly to the continued generosity of the Ocean Institute down in Dana Point which gets kids interacting with the ocean and exposes them to the many wonders of the sea. So they're a great partner. On top of that, they've got two tables at Chamber Evening, they get extra raffle tickets (they bring a bunch of their kids), and they've got a trio of spots on the Flying Dutchman. We're very privileged to be affiliated with them.

Also chipping in this go-round is the Roddenberry Foundation at the Gold level. They're a longtime supporter and while space may have been the final frontier for Star Trek, the oceans are the frontier that they concentrate on now along with other frontiers to benefit humanity.

And rounding out our donors is some dude named Ken Kurtis who's apparently affiliated with something called Reef Seekers Dive Co. and they are at the Silver level.

We are two weeks away and the pace quickens. We really need your help to make our lofty goals this year. The great thing about the Challenge is that every dollar you contribute goes directly to the Chamber because there are zero costs associated with this aspect of the event. So please dig deep and give whatever you can.

Who's next? $40,000 is within reach and YOU can help us get there.
