Abalone Beach

Anyone have any experience with diving this beach in north Laguna. Whenever I drive by it it looks interesting and calm, but not sure where to park.

Where is it? I know of Abalone point at the south end of Crystal Cove.

Yes that's the one. It's just north of Cameo Bay. I think there used to be a mobile home park on that beach one time. Have you dived there?

Yes I have, but mostly from a boat. You can park at the Moro camp grounds area and make the walk, its not too far and it is a nice dive. Not far North from the point is an Corsair that went down along time ago. Checkout Frankos maps they are awesome and have a good one for this area...The County must have recently changed the name of Irvine Cove to Cameo Cove because thats the first time I've ever heard that name used. I checked Google maps and it say Cameo Cove..
