Does anyone know of pools in socal that allow scuba instruction? I've found 1 in LA called Echo pool but its ridiculous expensive. I live in Huntington Beach so the closer the better.

The Los Angeles Athletic Club is a beautiful place, and full of history. The bottom of the Aquatics section has info on who to contact about scuba.
The LAAC is downtown. No doubt there are some pools closer to you in Orange County.

Never heard of Swimmers Guide. It says there are four Huntington Beach pools.
