I thought it was bad that cars get stolen. But stealing our dive boats? That is down right sinful!

That is bizarre. I'm curious as to the motive. A joyride? I can't believe someone would think they could get away with a boat that size in such a high traffic area. I wonder if the trespasser at Vandenburg AFB had anything to do with it.
