Which Wet Wide Angle Lens do you use with your RX100

I thought of doing a brief survey to see what people use with the RX100 and also share some experiences

I use the following for my RX100

Flat lenses for video
Inon UWL-H100 28LD
Inon UWL-105AD

Fisheye for stills
Inon UFL165 AD

Inon H100 & Dome combo. Like having the option of shooting 100 degrees or 144 degrees. Excellent image quality but do have to guard against the Dome combo fogging when you assemble it. Plus there is he cost.

Fix UWL 28 is a great option. Clearly it is a 144 Degree lens, no 100 degree option but image quality is good and the price is excellent.

Have you actually compared with the inon and confirmed that the uwl28 is actually wider?
From what I can see image quality of the inon is superior

I'm using ikelite WA-30. It's decent, but It vignettes a little bit with the ikelite housing.

Ikelite WA-30 is also the Epoque DCL-30 if you want to mark the poll

Only test shots as when I got it to work I actually sold the camera (mark I)
The lens is very sharp but vignettes up to 35mm gives around 139 degrees fov


This is shot at f/1.8 1/30 ISO 125 look at the corners and compare with lenses like Fix UWL-04 or UWL-28 and see why I consider Inon lenses best

Conclusion
Best optical quality: Inon UWL-H100 with dome or Inon UWL-100 28AD with dome
Widest diagonal field of view: Inon UWL-H100 (needs 2% cropping)
Widest horizontal field of view: UWL-04
Lens that does not vignette: Inon UWL-100 28AD
Most expensive lens: Inon UWL-H100 with dome
Less expensive lens: Fix UWL-28M52
Lens with largest dome: Inon UWL-H100/UWL-100 28AD (good for over under)
Best value option: Idivesite UWL-04
