According to the Equivalence list in the SSI training standards, you can cross to SSI Master Instructor level. In order to do so, you'll have to contact an SSI Instructor Trainer, and do a crossover. After this, you'll have to go to an Instructor Evaluator to finalize the cross. You can find diveshops with Instructor Trainers on staff through this page: SSI :: Dive Center Locator

Your DSAT instructor level can also be crossed (to XR Nitrox Instructor if it's DSAT TEC 40, and Advanced Deco Procedures if it's DSAT TEC 50).

If things aren't completely clear, you can always contact an SSI Local Area Office. There's a list of them here: SSI :: Contact

Hi!
Quick question, can one first become PADI instructor, after do a cross over to SSI instructor, but still keep certifying some divers as PADI?

Not a problem. However, if you, at some point in your career, get to the level of SSI Instructor Trainer, you're required to use the SSI Total Teaching System for all recreational classes, except for those that are not covered by SSI's materials.

yes you can, if you use PADI materials and exams and students use and own required PADI materials. Oh and maintain your membership dues.
