Wondering whether its possible to use Inon Z240s on continuous shooting on manual setting at low power and if so what camera settings I need.

I'm shooting with a D800 and I'd like to set it to shoot continuous at 3-4 FPS with the strobes firing if this is even possible with these strobes. This is mainly for shooting sharks but also for turtles.

I think it will be very tough to get z240s to cycle in 250 milliseconds. I think 2FPS is possible but much faster will be a stretch. Can the D800 strobe fire that fast?
