Nice pic's - definitely a good time ... just too bad that Mother Nature wouldn't let us stay out there. When you've got vis like we had and to have to leave ... it is a shame.

Thanks again Aaron for an excellent Charter, After that first wave went over the bow I don't think you had to convince anyone that we had to get to shore, and we all know how sensitive some of us get when it gets too rough !!

Great viz I must say! Looks like the mooring buoy is in now. What was the bottom temp like?

Hi Shorediver, Temp on the deck was approx 59 deg, down in the Boiler room was approx 50 deg. both Bow & Stern Buoy's are there.

Hey Ray.........It's me Ray,your buddy for the dive.
Thanx again for an awesome dive.
The pics are fantastic......
I have to find a way to do this one again before winter.....
Absolutely super shipwreck!!!!!

I had 60 above the thermocline which was at 55-60' and then 51 inside the wreck. I spent most of my time inside the wreck. Vis inside the wreck was easily 40'. I had attempted to get out to this wreck 2 other times this year but the weather hadn't co-operated. Definitely glad I got in at least one dive this year (it wouldn't have been a complete year if I didn't get to dive the Wexford at least once).

However, I must say it looks like a few more things have gone missing ... I only counted 2 spare boiler glass tubes (as compared to 4 or 5), didn't see any plates this time around, and only one spare port hole glass (as compared to 4-5 I have seen before). I am hopeful that it was just the silt that had moved around but on at least a couple of the items I am doubtful. The good news is that I did relocate the brass firehose nozzel that I pulled out of the deep silt last year.
