Sorry if this message is in the wrong place, but I am seeking clarification of paragraph 2.1 in a China National Standard, CNS 12497: Diving mask.
21-1.jpg
I've been able to work out the first bit, which appears to be saying that all parts and components of a diving mask should be processed well or have a good finish. I can't figure out what the rest means, except that it has something to do with hazards and possibly hair and acute angles.

Can anybody enlighten me to help with my international research into basic diving gear? If it's any help, the source text can be found at
CNS 12497-1989-

Many thanks in advance!

The later part simply means "no ragged edge or sharp point which may harm"
