My husband and I are comin to the Big Island Kona Side April 8th, and looking for a place to rent for about a week. Anyone have any recommendations for a condo or small house to rent? Doesn't have to have a spectacular view or be right on the ocean, just clean and not in the middle of town by a shopping mall or something equally insipid.
Try looking in the local newspaper. Ive been gone too long and dont rember the name but search kona news then look in vacation rentals.

I have not stayed here but setting up for a posible June trip the lady I spoke to was really nice and the prices seem fair. She said they were "diver frendly".
