Going on a trip. What are relative bouyancy characteristics of steel HP80 vs. steel LP80. Are they about the same, or do I need to change my weights?

TNX for any advice.

Depends on the tank manufacturer - try use this chart and see if the tanks you want to compare are on there. HP and LP 80's appear to be within a pound or two of each other, but because of the shorter length of a HP80 tank, you might find it will be your trim that is affected rather than your bouyancy.
