Draeger Tanks

I purchased a Draeger Dolphin in Australia with (2) steel 4 liter tanks and (1) 5 liter tank. They are not stamped DOT. I am having trouble filling them in the States. Is it possible to have them DOT certified? Does Draeger make DOT certified tanks? I don't want to use aluminum 50 cu. tanks.

What markings are on the tank?

No DOT/CTC stamp, you won't be able to get legit fills in the states.
