does anyone here know what the small black squares represent? the one on sometimes island is a well. so i think they are homesteads or just wells. not sure though. i plan to check the rest out but it would help to know what i was looking for.http://www.lib.utexas.edu/maps/topo/...nnell-1930.jpg

Open the link to the original map, not the thumbnail. Look at it upside down. Let your eyes relax. It spells "PUBLIC LIBRARY OF TULSA OKLA". The dots are too symetric. (JKOC)
