Hydrostatic Testing Facility

I have tried searching for hydrostatic testing facilities near the houston area. Does anyone have a list? If you know of any facilities that hydro scuba tanks list them so we will all know the location. Here is the one I use in Freeport.

If they aren't on the DOT list, make sure to "see" their DOT permit. Each person performing the hydro must have their own permit.
