Best season for Andaman / Gulf regions

I'm planning to get my divemaster certification during 1Q09 and have shortlisted 2 places to conduct the training, ie. Ko Phi Phi or Koh Tao.

Before I make the decision in regards to location, can somebody tell me the best season for each region. My understanding is the following:

Ko Phi Phi / Hin Daeng / Similan - November to May
Koh Tao - All year round (November to May best?)

Please correct me if I'm wrong. Much appreciated.

Hin Daeng: depending on weather on and off.
Similans: November to May.

So is it true that Nov - Mar is the best season to dive Ko Tao? If not when, is it the best season?

Koh Tao; all year round, with best from roughly April to September and not good around November.
