After diving the frigid waters of the north east for the past year, my wife and I are excited that my mother has moved back to Lakeland (not a far drive to Tampa, Clearwater). I'm curious what the dive conditions typically are from fall to spring near that area. We both like wrecks and wildlife, any suggestions on sites and charters would be appreciated.
