I don;t have a woodys because I have screw in. But I carry a +2 and a +4 in my BC and use them when called for.
I spent a lot of time above water getting to know how they behaved, what DOF I could expect, and how close I needed to get the flash.
It was very enlightening, and I was better prepared to use them under water.
