OK, looks like I hit the water with door to the USB connector ajar on my Stylus Tough 8000. The display blinked a couple of times when I tried to turn it on, then went dead. I immediately took the camera out of the water and took the battery and memory card out. Am I screwed? What's the drill for bringing this great little camera back to life? Thanks.

You are probably way past time to save the camera. Electronics really don't like salt water. You can try flushing with fresh water followed by swabbing with alcohol then letting it air dry. Your best bet is probably a new camera, Sorry.

Yep. If you waited till you got back to post this, and the camera is still full of salt water, it is toast.
