I'm not new to U/W photography but I have a relatively new PEN E-PL2 camera. I thought I'd put together a laundry list of initial settings to use to set up a user profile. (Or in Oly terms "My Set" mode). These would serve to help set up the camera initial settings. The camera is used with a pair of YS01 strobes optically fired and in TTL mode.

Do you have any input or ideas? Is this the best "overall" or "Average condition" settings to splash with?

ISO 200ASA – Fixed and Avoid Automatic Setting
Shutter 1/180 - Start at highest possible sync speed
Aperture F8 – No perfect setting
Focus Single Shot, Continuous Auto Focus
Image Stab. IS1 - Vertical and Horizontal
Flash “Fill” - Be sure to pop flash up in the housing prior to door seal
Focus Target Highlight all boxes; avoid singular areas unless specifically necessary
Face Priority Off
Metering Center Weighted Average
Format RAW + JPEG Large
White Balance Auto (JPEG Effected)
Picture Mode #3 - Natural Coloration
Aspect Ratio 4:3

Thanks!
