No it's fine. I just moved from an EPL2 to an EPL5. NO comparison, what an improvement. The AF is 1000x faster. The 16:9 screen is still big enough at 4:3 and leaves space on the sides for icons such as flash setting etc. The High ISO performance is amazing. I have shot at ISO 6400 in twilight and it looks like daytime with minimal noise.
Above water there is one excellent feature that I have not seen covered much. That is focus and shoot using the touch screen. Simply touch the part of the frame that you want to be the focus point. I thought this would be a gimmick but it turns out to be fabulous. When using a long lens this raises the yield of good shots to near 100% even when depth of field is near zero. Also for less long lenses it allows framing with the focus point in between obstructing objects such as tree branches etc. What a pity this feature can't be used underwater!
All in all I have nothing but good things to say about this camera for the price.
