1. For some reason, I can't seem to focus my pictures as well underwater as I did with the old DC 500 that I have. Is there less depth of field in the DC 1000?
2. And can't get the strobe to fire underwater with either, though it fires ok out of the water. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I could be doing wrong?

I upgraded from the 600 and I'm having trouble adjusting also. There is an automatic strobe setting that I have not had a whole lot of luck with. My pictures are either to bright or to dark. Also I changed the setting on the inside of the strobe to 2 and my pictures didn't seem quite so dark.
