When converting your stills to video (for display on a TV slideshow for instance), is anyone using the "Ken Burns Effect" and if so, what software do you use?

A long time ago, I played with a trial version of something with a name like "TV Slideshow" or maybe "TV Memories" (or something like that) that offered that effect. It was pretty cool too but I never got around to purchasing it.

If you use a Mac, iPhoto has it.

iDVD also has it (also MAC, both are part of the iLife package).
I sometimes use it and having a Mac all I can say is - iMovie has it.
