first off the set up:
sony DSC-P150 7.2 mega pix
Sony marine pack MPK-PHB
Bonica neonlite with the fiber optic flash cord

so here is the question how do i set this up to use properly? IE the flash settings on the camera ect..

I was just playing around with my P150 and I think you may have some problems with that flash. I could not get the camera to not pre-flash. My fear is that your Bonica flash will trigger on the pre-flash and not on the primary flash. If you can get the flash to synch properly you should be able to get the proper exposure by changing either the flash power or the exposure (P mode, EV level, far left on the menu).

I just got the P150 and have not gotten it wet yet. I have been using a P5 for the last 5 years and have been very happy with that little camera. I used just the internal flash which worked great, if you get close.
