Channel Islands Dive Adventures has the Pacific Star chartered for a single day trip to dive the southern oil rigs (Eureka, Elley & Ellen) and a wreck dive (hopefully the Olympic II) on Saturday, April 7, 2012. This will be a special photo only trip (sorry no hunting) with Scott Gietler and Bluewater Photo. They will be doing a free photo demo day & photo tips.
The plan is to board at 6:00am Saturday, April 7 (or after 8:00pm on Friday night) and depart at 7:00am with us probably doing a dive on the Olympic II first and then ending with two dives at the oil rigs and getting us back to the dock about 4:30pm. Scott and Bluewater photo will have cameras and photo accessories to try out along with helping anyone with useful photo tips to help you get better underwater images. This will also be an excellent time to bring your own cameras and ask plenty of questions from point & shoot to DSLR cameras.
Diving the oil rigs is always an awesome experience and the chance to dive the Olympic II and learn about taking better photos and get the chance to try out some new photo equipment should make this trip a sellout!!!

Depart from: 22nd Street Landing, San Pedro
When: Saturday, April 7, 2012
Time: boarding at 6:00am Saturday, July 16th (or after 8:00pm Fri. night) and departing at 7:00am.
Cost: $120.00 ($10.00 extra per person for a stateroom bunk)includes, 3 dives, meals, air and reserved bunks (bunk layout)
