I am a 100% amateur when it comes to underwater photography and have a few questions.

I have been taking underwater video/stills for years now, with pretty much frame my subject and hit the button. Examples:

I picked up an Olympus E-PL1 and the underwater housing, with the 14-42 lens. I really like the pictures it takes and am looking at the 60mm Olympus lens to add to the collection.

I'm just trying to decide if spending the $ on the lens is good idea for an amateur and wanted those more knowledgeable than myself to chime in.

The 60 is a great lens. Without a doubt if you are shooting macro (or want to) it is a great lens. So is the Panasonic/Leica 45. For video those two lenses will be OK but changing focus is not fast with them.
