Drift diving the Colorado River

Has anybody been to the Colorado river just below Hoover Dam to do a dive lately? I'm planning a trip there and have dove it before and it was a way cool drift dive, especially if there's a higher discharge coming through. I haven't been there in a few years and wanted to know if anybody had any recent experience. I remember it's crystal clear and about 55 degrees and you zoom through like Superman Thanks, Joe.

With rumors of terrorist scuba divers, you may not be able to dive anywhere near the dam. A lot of people live below it.

I'm curious as to how much security there really is?!?
