WANTED: Resort Manager, Lembeh, North Sulawesi

NAD-Lembeh Diving Centre is a 24-bed resort in located on Lembeh Island, near Bitung, North Sulawesi (see NAD-Lembeh Resort, diving in Lembeh Strait, North Sulawesi., 1º26'40.80" N, 125º14'28.08" E)

We are seeking a new Resort Manager who is prepared to start immediately.

Person must have at least some resort experience, and be a fully-qualified PADI instructor. Ability to communicate in Indonesian would be an advantage, but not essential.

The resort currently employs 30 people, has four dive boats, and comprehensive diving equipment.

Fast, 24/7 broadband satellite internet is installed.

Initially, we shall be offering a wage of USD3000 per month, to be reviewed after three months. Of course, fares, accommodation and food are all included. Couples are also encouraged to apply.

The wage is not bad, considering the "lower" standard of leaving in Indonesia... Good luck with your search!

yes, jo and sandra are moving on.

the wage mentioned is just for starting. i am hopeful to implement a profit-sharing arrangement to encourage performance.

Wat a shame! Nice chaps Sandra and Josep are. And my frens and I have a good time during our previous stays at NAD. And we are looking forward meeting them in Nov for our dive trip.

Yes, we have a new manager for NAD-Lembeh. His name is Simon Buxton, who some of you may know. I am certain he shall bring a new level of service and enjoyment to all our future guests.
