Just wanted to share an escorted trip we have going this July - height of whale shark season in Isla Holbox in Mexico...
Its a combination of 4 nights on this tiny little barefoot-style island and 2 days of swimming with whale sharks (with the option to add a 3rd day or spend it at leisure).
Its followed by 4 nights all-inclusive resort in the Riviera Maya for 3 days of diving the reefs or cenotes or for spending time top-side at your choice of many activities.
This trip is not only great for divers, but also for snorkelers, swimmers and "non-divers" as the whale sharks are on the surface the entire day, and on the mainland there is so much to do.
The whole itinerary is escorted by photo-pro David Haas who will be on hand not only as a guide but to provide assistance to avid photographers above and below the water in recording your memories no matter what system you have.
This is an affordable package that includes all of the transfers, accommodations etc.
