Extended sympathies to those who have suffered so much...
It seems that while the system was down for the past day we lost some threads talking about the recovery of Phuket and surrounding areas.
I for one just want to extend my sympathies to all of you who have suffered so much during the past few days. Please let us know how you are doing and if there is anything we can do as a community to help you out.
Every cent of your donations will help millions people suffering after the tsunami in addtion to (probably more) 100,000 people lost their life in this region. There small city in West coast of Sumatra, named Meulaboh where 90% of 40,000 population dissapeared.
You can donate to any reputable organization you trust - direct or indirect, local or international does not matter, I believe will reach them.
I guest the other thing that could be very helpful, since members on this board are located all over the world, is to assists in providing information for those wanting to know the situation of their friends and loved ones especailly those who are still listed as missing.
