TUSA IQ 900 firmware

I cannot download all of my dive data from my TUSA Zen IQ-900. I have 19 dives on there and the dive log software will only recognize the last 5 dives. I want to upgrade the firmware to see if that will fix it, but will it erase all of my dive data?

The firmware update will not erase history from the DC, it will copy and restore after the update.

I updated the firmware but now it will not read any dive data from the DC as it says the dive profile is unavailable. I can still review 19 dives on the DC itself. Anyway to get that data off the DC?
