Registering for your warranty

Just purchased a Tusa Conquest - BJC-7000C, the warranty card says it must be signed b y the authorized dealer. I purchased it on Leisure Pro which was an authorized Tusa dealer, but it was shipped to me. How do I go about filling out the paper work?
