Hi there,

I recently bought an IQ-950 second-hand. I swapped the battery for a fresh one but the backlight does not come on when I press the lower-right button. Am I doing something wrong or is this a hardware fault?

Hi Steve-
If the backlight is not functioning, the unit may be partially flooded or the button may have become inoperable for some reason. IF the unit was purcchased new from an authorized US dealer in the last 12 months, it can be returned to TUSA for warranty evaluaction with a copy of the original sales receipt. Please contact 800-482-2282 or info@tusa.com to request an RMA.
