I was informed today by a TUSA rep that the SS-65 was discontinued :(. This was a new octo for 2012 and one I was very interested in purchasing. Can a rep expand on why such a new product has been discontinued and replaced with the SS-60 which is basically a yellow S-60 2nd stage?

TUSA could really improve its reg line with the SS-65 also making it available as a primary and in green.

Just a thought.

HI-
Unfortunately, the SS-65 was discontinued due to a dramatic rise in production costs amongst other reasons. We apologize that this safe-second was not in the line-up for a longer length of time.
