HELP! Socal spearing

My friend and i decided we wanted to try our hand at free diving spearing in southern Ca. Our delema is that we cant find a list of fish that we can actually legally hunt. we have our fising license BUT it didnt come with a list of fish. We will be in Laguna tomorrow and we still cant find the list. lol hell we dont know if we will even see any fish without scuba gear... if anyone has a direct link to the CA fish and game list please post. i cant find it on thier site.
Thanks!

Here's the link

You are allowed to spear anything that is not forbidden.

If the surf is up I would be really careful about doing a beach dive with a pointy thing.

You may also want to check back with the DFG's regulations, because the seasons for quite a few species may close early when annual harvest numbers are met.
