I recently moved to Punta Gorda/Charlotte Harbor Florida from Sarasota, Fl. Beinf new to the area, I thought I'd reach out to local divers for info on shore/Kayak diving sites in the area. I have heard mention of "the Phosphate Docks" and the railroad bridge, but I can't seem to find much info on either. What about "Red Rocks"? I dove there several yrs ago but had heard it was covered over during the last beach re-nourishment.
