well I finally got my camera in know just need a houseing and then work on arm and strobe,
man this camera got so many little buttons and settings kind scary
any advice for a newbie to digital !!
allot harder than my simple reefmaster !!!
but sure the pictures when i figure it out will be better .
please post any hints , suggection you have and all the set up help you can think of thanks !!!
well I made the first step next houseing !!!!!!!!!!!!

I've got some Powerex 2000 maH for my 5050 and they work great. I also have GP and Kodak at slightly smaller ratings and they are fine too - along with the olympus ones that come with it. I did end up buying a better charger though because the oly one isnt a "smart" charger and will likely reduce the lifetime of your batteries because it does a full 8 hour charge every time wether they need it or not.
