These three were taken with an Oly C-4040, the only the internal flash at a setting of -.07


This last Atlantic Grey Cowrie shell was taken with my old S&S MX-10...sometimes I still miss film (gasp!)

Dee, how did you get such good results with just the internal flash? I shot one in Cozumel earlier this year, but the color was off.

How was your color off? Over/Under exposed?

I leave my white balance on the default setting, that's one thing that can change the colors. The internal flash works well with the macro. I set the internal flash to -7, it's so bright it will blow out light colors if you're not careful.

Post one of yours and let me see what you're talking about, that'll help.
