Which website? If you mean Scubaboard, you can use some of the tips quite well and some others not so well. Like any website that has 100s of active users you will find some good guys and some guys who are not so good. For a beginner there are three rules, get close, get closer and get closer still. Trying to shoot anything (unless it is the size of a wreck) from 15 feet away will be futile.
