I've only occasionally tried to get a pic of one of these, they move too darned much. I had one in front of me and decided to give ait a try. So I'm waithing for the usual shutter lag and I momentarily lose track and swing the camera to where I think it'll pop out....

wow! nice shot. i absolutely love the coris wrasse. one of my favorite fish. They will actually eat out of your hand if you can find a small morsel of food for them underwater. cool shot...

My motto...."even a blind squirrel finds an acorn now and then!"

Good shot!

That is two of the good things and one of the bad things about digital:

BAD = Shutter lag and fish butts

GOOD = Almost instant feedback, and ability to shoot and shoot and delete and re-shoot if necessary.

Nice shot!

Great colors! Nice catch.

Love the pic. Thanks for posting it.

very nice, love all the color!

Ha ha....I just got a shot of two of the juvenile yellowtail coris the other day (the little orange & white striped ones)...about the same way...just point my camera down where they were hiding, and repeatedly hitting the shutter button until by pure chance I got them out at the same time.
(there should be a photo here...don't know if the program automatically thumbnails them or not....)
