Hi,
I have an Ikelite housing for an olymplus Cam. After a trip to Mexico, spots (they look like diswater spots) have appeared on the inside of the housing. There are no spots on the lens so they are not interfering with taking pictures. The housing works fine. I've tried wipping them off.
Should I worry? Any one else experience this? Any Guess as to what they are?
Condensation?? shouldn't be though...
Try doing a single clean up and then see if they come back.
Also put in one of those gel packs to see if that helps.....
Don't know if this is a new setup, they might have come with it?? or if you're just now, after a period of time, getting these.. Rain drops?? depending upon where you live/dive??? North West here, we have occasional "Sun Breaks"....
I'd clean it all out one more time and then check after each dive to see if they're coming back... but use the gel packs regardless, but assuming you are already..
Not much help, but???
