Here's a rough edit of some footage I took from Manta Point in Bali. Fantastic dive, though didn't actually go anywhere other than to the boat and back and just the mantas circle us at all levels.

This site in Nusa Penida off Bali is amazing for the chances of manta encounters it offers. I rate it at 90% chance all year round. Some dive centres even seem to claim a manta guarantee on every trip... Now that's putting the natural element out of the equation IMHO.

According to some divers staying with us and who have dived pretty much all over the world, it's the site where diving with manta rays is most likely to occur even when compared to selected sites in Komodo or Raja Ampat.Other dive sites around Nusa Penida, like Toyapakeh, Blue Corner, SD or Crystal Bay are absolutely stunning as well, although mantas are scarcer there.

Cheers, my amatuer GoPro efforts don't convey how good the vis actually was or how close these, huge majestic creatures come up to you. Definitely a life affirming dive.
