Great video, where was it taken? I have only seen octopus boldly out in daylight in the pacific; the Caribbean octopus tend to hide during the day.
 
Absolutely one of the most entertaining octopus videos I have ever seen.

The video is looks a little odd to me. The person taking the video is rock solid - unlike the typical underwater video. Like maybe they're on the other side of the glass at an aquarium. Also the octopus' tentacles don't move - only in response to the body moving. I'm certainly no expert but I've never seen an octopus (live or on video) move in this way. However, it does look like it is breathing. Maybe it's just me.
