You can get all the parts and service manual from VintageDoubleHose.com
He even has some NOS high pressure seats. If you don't want to service it yourself, you should contact him. Bryan will probably do it.

I had a couple of these a couple of years ago. I located some old posts that discussed a recall that this regulator had in the 70s. I don't recall much about it, but I believe that there was an issue with the HP seat working itself loose. I recall having contacted Aqualung about it and them not having any information. As I recall, the issue was supposed to have been resolved by the time the Calypso VI was released.

Here is a thread that discusses it http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/regulators/77474-aqua-lung-calypso-vi.html. I also recall another thread that showed the piece that was used to service the recall, but I cannot find it. There is some confusion in this thread over whether the recall was first stage or second stage. Edit: I've looked at the 1974 US divers catalog and the 1083 pn denotes the Calypso J and 1984 is the Calypso IV. But that's with the first and second stage together. I do specifically recall the VDH thread referenced below discussed the recall being for the first stage.

Ok, I found a thread that I had started: http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/vintage-equipment-diving/340444-us-divers-calypso-vi-questions.html. I linked a VDH thread that had pictures of bushing that was used in the recall, but that link appears to be dead. I don't describe the bushing very well, but my 4 year old recollection is that it worked to keep the seat from coming all the way out.

FWIW, Hooper dives a Calypso in Jaws.
