The meeting tonight was really good and informative. The turn out was nice would like to see more turn outs like tonight's. Hope every one liked it like I did.

I totally agree. Colleen had such energy for the subject. I can't believe she is a graduate student and not a full professor. She make the information so understandable and interesting. I loved the pictures ofcourse and she really made me want to go dive that mucky low vis stuff in hopes of finding a piece of old wood or a coral cannon ball! How cool was that!
Thanks to UWF for letting us experience a little of what they do everyweek. She made me want to go back to school!

I'm really interested in Nautical Archaeology and I was wondering if you could give me a little more info about what the meeting was about or the member name of the person who organized it. I'm in Birmingham but I'm in the process of getting my AOW and in a few weeks my Nitrox Cert. so I can dive some of the wrecks in Pensacola.

Kathryn, I set that up as the President of the Dive Club, I'd say if you are interested in more info then check the next post and try to hit up the TT Wentworth Museum in P'Cola.
