Canadian charts are copyrighted by CHS and must be purchased (paper or electronic). They are not in the public domain and may not be reproduced online or otherwise. So the answer is no there are no legal web links to charts in your area.
Have you gone to purchase the paper versions? Around here I can get any charts I want for the Great Lakes from most boat dealers, and pretty affordably too.
