5 of us dove kelvins today. We met about 4 residents, and they were all very friendly. One lady even said she was glad we came, and that not all residents agreed with the bylaw. I think a lot of them are quite embarrassed by the goofy bylaws.
Love the article, and I'm sure it is how most in the area feel! Can't we all just share the beauty of BC (above and below the water) and do our best to get along?
I dove there the other night with Underwatre Ogre and we had a good dive. The vis was great. i would say 40' or more.
But what annoyed me was all the disgusting by-law signs, it was gross. By-law this by-law that. Even the park hours had the by-law posted underneath. I am surprised that there was no by-laws on the use of the washrooms.
Pretty sad.
