5 of us dove kelvins today. We met about 4 residents, and they were all very friendly. One lady even said she was glad we came, and that not all residents agreed with the bylaw. I think a lot of them are quite embarrassed by the goofy bylaws.
If no one reinvented the wheel we'd still be driving around on stone wheels.
There are no rules in diving, only consequences.
Diving is not swimming underwater; it's flying in a denser atmosphere.

I dove there the other night with Underwatre Ogre and we had a good dive. The vis was great. i would say 40' or more.
But what annoyed me was all the disgusting by-law signs, it was gross. By-law this by-law that. Even the park hours had the by-law posted underneath. I am surprised that there was no by-laws on the use of the washrooms.
Buddy diving is only as good & safe as your buddy is. But before you point the finger at your buddy, take a look at yourself first and ask the question, "am I a good buddy"?
